Receiving the shipment from the courier company constitutes the customer’s confirmation that the shipment is intact, in good condition, and unopened prior to receipt.

Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and all other international shipping-related fees are non-refundable in case of return or non-receipt, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Customers may exchange a product for another before the shipment is sent (excluding orders paid via installment companies: Tabby/Tamara).

Damage caused by external factors (e.g., dash cam damage from using a car sunshade on the windshield) voids the warranty.

Inspection and repair take up to 14 business days from product arrival at our facility. Shipping policy fees apply and are charged to the customer (fees depend on customer location and are determined by customer service).

Replacement parts availability on warranty takes up to 14 business days and is not counted within the maintenance period defined in Article 3 of the Warranty Policy.

Dash cam installation service in other cities is provided by independent installers not affiliated with Dash Camera SA. This service is the installer’s responsibility, and the store is not liable. Please contact us for any issues.

The store management and installation team are not responsible for loss of any personal belongings.
\\\\n \\\\n - \\\\n
The customer is responsible for providing any complementary parts needed (e.g., internet SIM card for some products) during installation.

Closing the order on the website without providing feedback to customer service via WhatsApp is considered customer confirmation of receipt without remarks.

Customers may postpone the home installation appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Customers may not cancel or postpone the appointment once the installation team has departed to the site on the agreed day. Cancellation may result in loss of paid delivery fees and new appointment fees.

Installation service is not available inside military residential areas, government or private entity housing, ministries, institutions, or any areas where installers cannot gain access.

Suburban or extended areas beyond the installation service city limits may incur an additional fee of 35 SAR.

Installers wait 15 minutes at the customer’s location. If the customer is late, installers may leave the site.

Installation appointments in Riyadh are scheduled within 3 business days from order placement.

Installation appointments in other cities are scheduled within 5 days from order receipt.

Delivery fee for home installation service is charged once only. If you face issues with installation or device (purchased from us) within 3 days after installation, a follow-up visit by installers will be free.
